Returns & Refunds: If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect we'll replace or refund it - no need to return it. Just send a photo within 14 days. For size exchanges we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Personalised orders cannot be returned unless there is a print fault.
International duties & taxes: UK prices include applicable tax. US, EU and international orders may show taxes, duties or import charges at checkout where Shopify can calculate them. If they are not collected at checkout, your local customs authority or courier may charge them on delivery.

Can I wash this in a machine?Yes - 30 C gentle cycle, inside out. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly on the print.
How long does delivery take?Production takes 2-5 days, then UK delivery is 2-3 days. We print in the UK so delivery is as fast as possible, with free UK delivery over £50.
Can I cancel or change my order?You have a 2-hour window from ordering to cancel or amend. After this your order goes to print. Personalised items cannot be changed once in production.
The print quality isn't right - what do I do?Send us a photo within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No return needed.
